M11 is an open cluster of stars that is one of my visual favorites. This image taken on 23 August 2008 with a William Optics 80mm FD and .8 FF/reducer; Canon XTi (400D) camera. Made on a Mac: Captured and processed using Nebulosity 2.0; additional processing in Photoshop CS3 and OSX Preview.
